Congratulations to Paul Cunningham, Town Clerk at Beccles Town Council, for achieving his Certificate in Local Council Administration qualification in February. Paul undertook his CiLCA training with our Tutor, Gabbie Joyce (Norfolk’s only CiLCA Recognised Trainer) during 2021/22. Paul says, “I have now completed CiLCA, which I am delighted about. I am very grateful for your ongoing support and I would be happy to write a testimonial about your service if you ever need one. I hope that my Council will now use this to take on the General Power of Competence after the election.”
