National ALC’s (NALC's) chair Cllr Keith Stevens, policy manager Chris Borg and the Society of Local Council Clerks advisor Jane Olds, met with the Barclays Know Your Customer team and other senior Barclays representatives last week to progress issues first raised earlier this year.
