May has been a wonderful month for Norfolk ALC students who achieved their CiLCA qualification:

Michelle Wroth - Clerk to Docking Parish Council

Planning for Councillors delivered by Michael Rayner
One of the great things about these courses is the input from the other attendees. It covered a lot of ground and I would recommend it for any Parish Councillor interested in how the planning system in the UK works. It was also a chance to get questions answered by an expert, so useful on that count too. (May 2021)
