Clerk's Minimum Leave Entitlement

Clerk's Minimum Leave Entitlement

The 2020-21 NJC agreement increased the minimum annual leave entitlement from 21 to 22 days for those with less than five years of service, calculated pro rata for part time hours. It remains at 25 days for those with five years or more service.
