Subscriptions for 2019-20

Norfolk ALC propose an increase of 1.9% on this year's fee for the year starting April 2019. This provides a below inflation increase, and maybe a lower increase than a fee based on a percentage of spending/precept. The minimum fee will be £30, which will be the fee for parish meetings, a slight reduction. Websites will be charged at £35 (currently £30). The largest councils (fees above £800) will again have their fees capped, so no increase.
