Play Area Equipment Inspection Training

Many play areas are not monitored and will be relying on signs to inform people how to use the area safely. ACRE's Village Hall guidance provides links to government guidance for play areas and provides template wording for posters that might be needed. It is now more important than ever that people responsible for play areas to continue to carry out regular inspections. We are holding an online Play Area Equipment Inspection Training Session on Mon 17 August from 1pm until 4pm. The training will cover:

• How to carry out safety checks and record them to demonstrate your commitment to maintaining safe opportunities for children to play creatively.
• The latest good practice guidance and template documents.
