Financial Regulations, choosing controls that work for your council 1 October - 2.30pm to 4pm. Our Tutor, Pauline James, will consider the model financial regulations and concentrate on what controls are needed for most councils, and why they are important and relevant. This session will also identify the important connection between financial regulations and internal audit. Pauline is Clerk to Acle Parish Council and was until recently also an Internal Auditor.
