Now that we're entering Budget season, this is a good time to check your Financial Regulations.

Are they based upon the current NALC Model 2019 There have been some significant updates since the last Model (2016).

The Model is designed to bring together both legal obligations and good practice, and there is provision to tailor in accordance with the needs of your Council.
