Life in the Slow Lane

Slow Ways are a Community Interest Company funded by the National Lottery, they are co-creating the first point to point walking network in Great Britain and need your help! Slow Ways has 8000 routes over 2500 towns and cities including many towns around Norfolk, so there will be one near you. There are already thousands of citizens who have walked thousands of Slow Way routes but it isn't completed yet - can your team get involved?

You might be thinking that it's too chilly in February and March to get involved? The draw is strong to stay inside and shield from the weather but at Slow Ways they try to think differently. When the seasons are slower and indoor evenings long and dark it's the perfect time to get outdoors and reflect with our teams… It's exactly the time for walking Slow Ways!
