Parish Council Scam
A local District Councillor was impersonated and a new email address was created by the scammers (Executivecommittee4i5@gmail.com), and several emails using this new email address and pretending to be the Councillor was sent to all of the parish council councillors. Several of the emails asked the councillors to purchase gift cards on the Councillor's behalf.
