COVID testing for Town and Parish Council staff in Norfolk
Norfolk County Council is offering Town and Parish Councils in Norfolk the opportunity to obtain free rapid Lateral Flow Device (LFD) testing for Covid‑19 for staff who are not able to work from home. There are two ways this can happen.

Covid - Return of Lockdown
Government guidance has been provided at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/new-national-restrictions-from-5-november. We anticipate that councils will have to close their community facilities from Thursday 5 November, although childcare and support groups will still be allowed to operate. Councils are also allowed to keep play areas open. Remembrance Sunday events will need to be curtailed.
