SPAR £100k Community Cashback Returns

Due to the amazing success of last year’s £100,000 Community Cashback scheme, SPAR is launching its third £100,000 Community Cashback scheme, giving away various grants to local voluntary or community organisations and charities.

Building Improvement Grants

Benefact Trust’s Building Improvement Grants programme provides essential support to protect and enhance churches and Christian charity buildings, ensuring their continued use and the safeguarding of their heritage.

Active Travel Grants – West Norfolk

As part of the West Norfolk Prosperity Funding programme, the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk has prioritised investment for active travel enhancements in its local area. Parish and Town Council’s in the area are asked to consider local interest and demand for cycle storage infrastructure, with possible grant awards available in 2024/25.

Community Ownership Fund – Reminder

The government is providing £150 million funding over four years to support community groups in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland to take ownership of assets and amenities at risk of being lost, such as community centres, parks, pubs and post office buildings.

King’s Lynn & West Norfolk – Rural Community Grant Opportunities

This fund can provide capital grants to community organisations in the rural areas of the Borough of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk, for the creation or improvement of buildings or equipment that will enhance and strengthen community assets, facilities and local provision.

£2,500 Grants Available For Community Tree Projects

Norfolk County Council in partnership with Busseys has launched a grant scheme to help local communities plant new trees and create greener and cleaner areas to live. The scheme is part of the council’s one million trees initiative and aims to support tree planting projects across the county and contribute to ambitious net-zero targets.
