Fire Safety And Building Safety – New Legal Requirements

Parish and Town Councils need to be aware, there’s been some important changes in fire safety legislation recently following the introduction of the Building Safety Act 2023. From 1 October 2023 the new legislation amends the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and introduces a series of new fire safety requirements.
