Voluntary Norfolk Communities Team have organised an exciting volunteer recruitment and celebration event to mark the 40th anniversary of Volunteers’ Week and the Big Help Out! Our Give it a Go! Volunteering Extravaganza is on Friday 7th June 10:30am-4pm at the Forum, Norwich – this is not just a volunteers fair but an Extravaganza with activities to help potential volunteers understand organisations’ mission and how they can “give it a go”.

Norfolk Neighbourhood Watch Funding

Norfolk Police, working with Norfolk Neighbourhood Watch, recently applied for some home office funding through the PCC’s office to give Neighbourhood Watch a relaunch in the county and to strengthen the relationship between schemes and their local policing teams. We are reaching out to communities to ask that they consider joining or setting up a scheme in their areas.
